The ladies in the reception area are very knowledgeable of the business & are very friendly. Louis Sully PA is great. He answers all your questions, explains your treatment plan, explains the medications & even gives relief of your discomfort if possible. I have enjoyed the visits there & will continue to support this office. Give them a try!!

This was my first time ever visiting this business. From the receptionist, to the lady that gave my audio test to Dr. Sully were all professional and had a warm welcoming attitude. The receptionist is very snippy--asking "what's THE name?" as she looked at her computer screen. Her day (and mine) would be so much more pleasant if she would smile, make eye contact, and ask "what is your name?" Ken is an exceptionally good caregiver with patience, compassion, and technical skills to help me hear better. Otherwise, I would not return to your practice.

I didn’t have to wait. Greeted with smiles. Very efficient in completing testing. Visit with PA went well.. explained everything and was patient with my questions. Would recommend this practice to all!!

Showed up on a Monday morning and they were having computer issues. The reception staff was amazingly friendly even while having issues. Dr. Stansifer was great. He listened to my issues and I felt very heard at the end of my visit. Such a great practice and amazing care.

Dr. Denman put tubes in for my son 5 years ago. We needed to go back recently because one tube became malpositioned. From check in to check out we had a great experience. Minimal wait times and every staff member we encountered treated my son with kindness and care. I have a ton of trust in Dr. Denman and would highly recommend!

Had a follow-up appt with Dr. Stansifer for a nasal scan ("mini-CAT") in the office. All went very well, and Dr. was excellent in manner and explanation. I'm so glad to have Dr. Kyle Stansifer as my ENT physician, and I'm very happy with his nurses and support staff.
